Our class is suitable for all levels of experience as classes are taught in a progressive manner, starting with the foundations and building towards a self-practice.
Yoga Morning Flow

A class that will become your favorite morning ritual. Wake up and warm the body slowly, breathe deeply and leave the mat feeling strong, present and ready for your day. The class starts and ends with a guided centering meditation.

Yoga Detox Flow

A class that incorporates breath work, body work and meditation. We begin with gentle movement, follow with a creative vinyasa flow and end with more passive and restorative postures. Get your body warmed up, flow with breath and then come down to your mat for soothing rejuvenation.
